Can I use EyeTV Netstream 4C in countries other than Germany?

No. EyeTV Netstream 4C is supported in Germany only. It is not supported in any other countries, even if digital cable TV (DVB-C) is available in these countries.

Note: our product EyeTV Hybrid INT (2014) can also receive digital cable TV (DVB-C) and is supported in many European countries. Please note that EyeTV Hybrid INT (2014), as well as EyeTV Netstream 4C, can only receive unencrypted channels. You won’t be able to receive any encrypted channels with these products.
