Does EyeTV support teletext?

EyeTV supports Teletext. EyeTV does not support MHEG-5, which is a legacy standard that is used by Freeview in the UK only. Unfortunately, the term “digital Teletext” is sometimes used as a synonym for MHEG-5, but the two are completely independent standards that have no relationship with each other.
