Rarely, we receive reports from some customers that data is periodically missing from their Gracenote EPG.

In some cases, customers have no data at all after refreshing their EPG database.  We do not recommend using the Clear EPG Databasecommand at this time.

We’re working with Gracenote now to resolve these rare problems.

Until this problem is fixed, you have the option of manually scheduling recordings:

You can also temporarily set your channels to use the DVB Program Guide data that’s present in the video signal. To do so:

1) Visit the Channels section of the EyeTV Programs window.
2) Under the EPG column of each channel, choose “DVB”.
3) Update your Program Guide again.
