Use Asterisks (****) to find great movies via TV Guide in EyeTV

In the US and Canada, EyeTV offers an EPG (Program Guide) powered by TV Guide.

That includes a number of movies that offer a star rating.

If you want to find movies with a certain star rating, then you can do the following:

1) Open the EyeTV Programs window
2) Make a new Smart Guide, by pressing the “+” button at the bottom left corner of the EyeTV Programs window
3) Choose Any Field > Contains > and write in the number of stars using asterisks

For example, if you want to find 4 star movies, then enter 4 asterisks, like this ****

You can choose * , ** , *** , or **** as your search.
